I want to work at Children's Day Out program at a church? I am currently working at a church's Children's Day out program and going to school to become a preschool teacher. I have realized that I love working at the church and is thinking of just working here for a long time. What degree would I need to get to contiune working here or do I even need a degree?

Honestly, I would keep going with your teaching degree. I know school can get hard at times but they degree will be very beneficial for you! That is the closest thing to the field you want to be in and if you ever were to get bored and want your own classroom one day you will have the degree to do it. Also, many parents want to see that the people working with their children have good backgrounds and work experience. By them seeing that you have a education degree they will feel more comfortable with you.
