Although there are actually more than one significant meaning of a playboy, I basically think of 2 definitions.
One-a person who tends to be surrounded by girls. This is because the boy has a sense of feelings towards girls in general.
Two-a boy who knows the feelings of a girl. For example, if a girl is tired, he massages her back. This is because he knows that girls are sensitive to the feeling of touch.
