I am a certified Elementary Education (K-6) teacher and when I log into my substitute account I am not sure if I qualify for the job. Can I pick up an RTI support teacher job even though I have no clue about RTI? Can I pick up school principal's job even though I am far from a principal?
When posting substitute jobs, do schools anticipate the highly qualified personal or someone like me would be alright to take a job that I know little to nothing about?
