What is your greatest obstacle this 2012?why?how would it be overcome that?

when my grandmother who is my guardian got sicked and for now, she is bed ridden. It took me to the point that i have to budget my allowances every time my uncle send me money. As for now, to overcome with this, i work as an student assistant in the school i am studying. I never losses hopes because i want to finish my course. I want to have a profession and to help myself and my family
