hi guys , in the TV series " better call Saul " i jotted down this phrase " vanguard law " , after that I looked it up in the dictionary but i couldnt find the proper meaning , or maybe it wasnt clear for me to understand it , cuz im not a native english speaker and not really familiar with the law phrases .
