What is the total number of ‘standard drinks’ contained in 60ml of vodka?

"Standard drinks" vary a lot. A US shot might be an ounce or an ounce and a half. And 60 ml is only two ounces.

Vodka is usually 80 proof, 40% alcohol, because somebody determined that the ideal strength of alcohol is 38%. But not all vodka is 80 proof. So you have to know what proof you have and what you consider a standard drink. In any case, you are not going to get much more than one drink with only two ounces of booze.
