The largest cross is in them middle; there is a medium height/size cross on one side, and a smaller height/size cross on the other. Which stands for each portion of the holy trinity?

The three crosses may also be symbolizing the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, there was also two other thieves who were being crucified on either side of Jesus. One of the thieves accepted Christ as his savior, then Jesus said to thieve, today you will be with me in paradise. The other thieve did not accept Jesus as his savior and died that day.
The meaning of this example is that even if you are just about to die you could still be saved if you truly accept Jesus Christ as your savior.
