What is the strongest prescription cream for severe poison ivy rash?

Pros and cons using it but a chlorine solution works. I witnessed a black neighbor lady use it on a severe case on a 14yr old boy & it worked very rapidly.Since it is a powerful chemical ask a dr before using if nervous about using it.
