What is the scientific term of the reflection of the sun in the water (bottom of a pool) ?

Not certain what you mean. Seeing the sun's reflection in the water is just 'reflection'.

If you are UNDER the water and looking up to see the sun --- NOT a good idea...would be more about refraction.

Can you clarify?
