... of women?

Do you actually know what any of those words mean? They are not normally used together.
Right means straight up, square, correct, the strong arm, a legal privilege. The common meaning to all those things is strength. You have a right to life, but only if you are strong enough to cling to it. You have a right to the space you occupy, but only if you are strong enough to defend it. You have a right to own property, but only if you can guard it from all attackers. You may obtain the services of a champion to defend your rights, or create a government for that purpose, but of course the champion's loyalty might become a concern, and governments always eventually renege on the contract.
The rest of your question is just juggling meaningless words. I know you will probably feel offended to have that pointed out, but you really need to figure out exactly what the words mean so you don't waste your efforts on a meaningless quest.
It is very common to use big words of doubtful meaning when trying to learn something. Many people never get beyond the first choice of words, so they think they know something but they can't explain it. That is why you speak of "standardisation in facilitating" when those words have no meaning relating to rights. You defend rights, after you figure out what they are. That is why I included a careful definition of what rights are. Yes, rights are important, but few people can explain what they are, and some people are not even making sense. You don't say what rights you are talking about, so I can't say anything specific.
Okay , I am going to try to be specific.
Here let talk about right of women , What do you think?

You know that in some countries women are still struggling for their rights.
That is much clearer.
@Jewels Vern So, what do you say?
You have not gotten specific. "Rights of women" does not mean anything. You have to identify a specific right. Then you have something to talk about. You can't just assume that everybody knows what you mean by "rights of women".
Thanks for your help. I think you are saying that the rest of my question is juggling meaningless words maybe because you are from West, but this still really matter in the rest of world especially in countries in way of development.
