Hello, there is A LOT of different diets. And when I try to find right diet as lifestyle, there is always different diet which tells completely different story. But, most diets have effects (weight loss, etc...), but I'm trying to find diet which is most healthy to us, and which will extend our life's time clock.
Example>
1. Chrono diet (Bread, Fruits, Potatoe-s(fries), Cereals, etc... Is allowed)
2. LCHF/Paleo (Keto) diet (Bread, Fruits, Potatoe-s, Cereals, etc... Is NOT allowed)
Who is right?! Whom to listen to?
So I asking everyone who understands in nutrition, medicine, health and similarly.
What YOU think?

But there are also studies which show both, that it is good and that is not good for heart diseases...
