What is the reason of to be bitter water of sea but it is formula is also h2o?

What bitter water? Bitter stuff can be mixed in with water molecules but I don't think the bitter stuff would bond to the water molecules. I don't know if that answered the question.

water will never be bitter untill any bitterness is added.... I think ur question is wrong or u have drunk the water to which something was dissolved
