you need to think about how much each part costs.
An HD-DVD Rom would cost no less than $50. A Hard Drive would at least be another $50.The motherboard would be another $40, the video card would be another $40 and at least $10 - $15 for the shell another $10 - $15 for the fan. at least $30 for the adapter and $30 for the RAM.
