Some day, science may discover that subatomic particles are perfectly spherical, and perfectly non-elastic (can not be stretched). Otherwise, anything with multiple particles is subject to non-uniform gravity, so at the atomic level, it cannot be perfectly spherical. You said all space and time, so if there's a universe that just contains one thing (like maybe just before big bang), then all mass at that moment may have been perfectly spherical.
