Do you mean what percentage of 298 are these numbers? If so, the way to work it out is:

(number / 298 ) * 100

For 47:

47 / 298 = 0.15771812080536912751677852348993

* 100 =

15.771812080536912751677852348993

but we can probably round it to:

15.77%

You should be able to do it for the other numbers now. Just substitute the number with what I did for 47.
