Whenever I do a sudden movement with my foot (most of the time my right foot), it starts to hurt like if I had a cramp. I think it's a Plantar Fasciitis, but it does often hurts. Any idea why it's doing it so often? (1-2 times per month)

You need to research the subject until you feel like you know a few things. Plantar fasciitis is rather specific to the heel, not a vague pain in the foot. It appears there are lots of home remedies. A cramp can be caused by a restricted artery or deficiency of magnesium. Various other things are possible, and it often helps a lot if you can tell a doctor what to test, rather than rely on his diagnostic skill alone.
