It goes through him an Asian man (I think he's from Japan) with an American friend trying to get him through a difficult time where his wife has a natural abort and eventually he finds out that everything was just an hallucination his wife his friend everything. In the process he does a little vigilante work. There is one funny part where he hallucinates his dead goldfish being very philosophical and he flushes it down the toilet. Sorry can't remember any more never saw the whole thing.
