What is the name of software which a blind persion used to read a document in the jpeg/jpg format?

I am blind and on a computer I use a program called jaws, which reads everything on a screen. There's also a program called dolphin, which is about the same thing. Then, theeres voice over, which is in settings.for all apple products. It does the same thing, but it comes already installed and costs no additional charge, unlike jaws and dolphin.
