Karma itself means action but the real meaning of Karma in the world is the law of Action and Reaction. The law that states, ‘What you give is what you get.’ The law that works on the principle, ‘As you sow so shall you reap.’ The law of Karma is the law of the Boomerang, ‘What goes around comes around.’ It means this, if you plant mangoes you will not find pineapples on your tree, what you sow, you reap. So as per the seed, is the fruit. So also as per our deeds, is our destiny. This is Karma, this is a very simple law and the whole world operates with this law. That's why when we die, the body dies, but the one who was alive, they have their Karma and they are reborn. Birth in this world happens not by chance or luck but because of our past actions. Somebody is born blind, somebody is born in a rich family. Karma controls everything that happens on earth including our rebirth.
