So I need to know the main solution to food wastage for a speech. I have looked everywhere online but none were really powerful and in details. My teacher only wants one solution and not multiple and how accurate the solution is. Please help!

What is the problem? If there is no problem, then obviously there is no solution. There is no answer when you don't know what the question is. The question is not "What's the solution?" This is called "misidentifying" and it is very common in politics.
Food waste is not a problem, it is a symptom of a problem. The solution is to find the problem and fix that.
