I am looking for a solar powered air conditioner for a 2x2m security booth. 1,300 BTU is what i got from my calculations relative to the room size.

It is not clear just what you are trying to ask. A "solar air conditioner" is a tree. The output of a solar electric cell is negotiable, and usually less than you wish it would be. If you are thinking about a window type air conditioner you can go to homedepot.com or many other hardware stores and see what size is available. What you need depends on how well the booth is insulated and typical outside temperature. To take your question as it stands, you can get Peltier coolers that go all the way down to zero BTU.

the typical outisde temperature is 40 degrees celcius. assuming the booth is very well insulated, my question is whats the lowest BTU that exists for an air conditioner
