What is the first thing that comes in your mind when I say an 'artists house'?

I am no artist and am not an architect but maybe i could still help. When i hear an 'artists house' i think of NO ordinary house. I think of houses like the upside down house or a very weird detailed house. Like the igloo house or something like that. If you look up on google.com weird unusual detailed houses. Thats what comes to my mind when i here artists house.
