I am a 29 year old mother of 3. I am 5'6" and weigh 155, I am wanting to lose 20-25lbs. I exercise 3-4 times a week, my diet is pretty decent with minimal snacking. I have been on Medifast before and it seemed to work, but is there a better program out there?
What is the best weightloss program for my situation?

if you want to lose weight I would try a vegetarian diet. I went vegan , not for dieting purposes , but because of animals, and I lost about 30 pounds. you probably don't need to knock out dairy products , but only getting rid of meat for a while should help. note , that if you want to lose weight you need a higher metabolism ,meaning you need lot of fiber. try to get rid of all bread , and starch. drink a lot of water, drinking water will literally take off three pounds of water weight or more in one day , if your drinking alot of it. this isn't a program , but it works. just knock out out a couple food groups , and drink ALOT of water. if your not planning on knocking out meat , just keep everything you eat in one day , unlimited citrus fruit , veggies , and water , but only one small meal of meats , and fiber, and your meal should be in the morning to boost your metabolism , then only eat fruits veggies and water the rest of the day. this does work , but you need to be commited.
