I am looking to show video footage on a large screen outdoors in a city centre, around a 25 inch screen, looking for any help with best type of screen to use and how to go about powering it, thanks.

Hey Venny, if you're using a flat screen TV it probably only needs 125 watts or so to run. I'd find a way to get a car battery there and buy a cheap inverter, something around 600 or 700 watts. The smaller 400 models that plug into a cigarette lighter never seem to deliver, I think the outlet allows the voltage to sag too much momentarily. An inverter that size might cost $59 at Home Depot, or at a truck stop or auto parts store. A good fully charged car battery can run your 25" flat screen for at least 4 hours I should think, most car batteries have at least 60 Amp Hours of storage, the inverter might need 10 or 12 amps to run the TV. Try it at home one night first, see how much TV you can watch non stop. Take care Venny, Rudydoo.
