I hate dieting, fasting doesn't work, and I have trouble with controlling myself around junk food. I would like to try the BEST way to lose weight that is simple, not too strict, and something I'm able to STICK to and not fly off my goal streak. I'm aiming to lose up to 12-13 pounds and dreaming of abs which probably won't be easy. One time I lost 10 pounds playing tennis and gained it right back and nowadays it's too cold to start playing tennis again in the month of November. I don't want to lose weight too fast, actually, just a bit at a time and not strictly. People insult me by saying I'm fat and chubby and I don't like it. So I would like help.

For me i find that eating practically the same as i always do helps. Maybe cutting down a little if you really binge out on junk food. If you all of a sudden cut down drastically your body gets confused and can't adjust. Exercise however is a must. Find some physical activity that you enjoy so that it doesn't feel like such a chore. Maybe some form of dance that you can even do with friends? or classes that you could commit to a couple of days a week. Swimming is also good. I like that you're looking for a good way to lose weight and not going on a crazy crash diet. As for people calling you 'fat' and 'chubby' they are certainly not worth your time. Diet only if you feel conscious and want to feel better about yourself. I hope this has helped and good luck!
U are so helpful, thx for the tips!
I have the perfect thing for you!! It's called the 21day fix! It's not a strict diet but just something to keep things on track for you and it's fun!!!Http://www.beachbodycoach.com/bdunt1 message me and I can guide you through it!!
I want to see everyone reach their goals, so I became a coach! I want to give back to people and help them achieve their dream
constancy in your efforts is important, whatsoever you are into should be persistently followed in order to lose to the goal weight, as it isn't a curative practice which lasts until the medicine is done it is a long term activity which needs diversified things to be done therefore you have to be patient enough to wait unless the changes take place. dont know if you consider it or not but I know an amazing organic blend "beyond weight management tea" which works magic for weight loss, giving it a chance might get things settled.
Thanks! That response is very helpful.
