I am a fifth grade student and there is this girl at my school that I love and I was wondering how to ask her out. Could you please help? This is very important to me.

If you think she likes you, try to ask her out when you guys are alone. You have recess right? Tell her you have to talk to her then tell her how you feel. Now, don't be cocky so try to be sweet. When you see other guys harrassing her (trust me it happens) tell them to stop. If they're ur friends say it playfully, try the cool act.

Just find a reason to talk to her,u can have many reason like about schools homework,activity etc.Give little sign dat donot seems very usual dat u like her, when u will do this she may like u if she has intrest in u or just can have a thought that u like her, Don't be in haste or she may dislike it. If she give u positive sign for ur qustion,then u can ask here for going out, (don't delay at dat time or she may think u have lose intrest in her) Be confident,& relax dont act nervously will taking to her.(i better not advise u, if the girl is extremely shy, if she would,u might also loss all her little attantion that she may haved on u.)
Hi, I am a girl thats in fifth grade. Okay, well, first just ask to talk to her at recess (if you have recess). If she says "yes" to talk to you, walk over to a spot on the playground thats unoccupied and slowly explain to her whats happening. Wait for her reaction.
