for some reason I always feel sick,some mornings I have to go to school and I feel sick so I miss breakfast encase i vomit ,can you suggest some good foods drinks I could try that would be ok ?

Focus on light meals. Such as Eggs or Natural Quakers Oatmeal even just an Apple and some yogurt is good enough for a breakfast. for something to drink I'd recommend some hot tea. I drink Celestial brand Green Tea plain when I have it. Don't have meals that are high in sugar or heavy meats like sausage or beef.
You should try drinking hot noodle soup or make your own soup boil water chop up. carrots put in som lettus and cucumber onion noodles seasond salt abit red pepper and tiny pieces of chicken all in one pot a cup of orange juce or tea and watch tv while you eat or after you eat lie down
Lemons, they have high vitamin C.
Try this:
Clean a lemon/lime.
Cut a slice.
Fill a glass with water.
Put the slice in the water.
Twirl the glass lightly to mix it.
Let it sit for a while, the longer, the stronger the taste.
Drink it.
You can also fill your water bottle with the "lemon/lime water". If it stays too long and the taste gets too sour, pour out a little bit and replace with water to dilute it.
