My question is what is the affect," if any" of an electromagnetic field in the high pressure of deep sea?? I know that magnets slightly repel water. But in deep ocean pressure the molecules are more dense. I'm conducting an experiment to see the affects of an electro magnetic field to reduce, or completely cancel out the effects of water pressure in extreme depths.

You need to study physics for a while to understand why magnetic field has nothing to do with pressure. All the water above a point weighs down on that point, and whatever is below it pushes up with an equal force. A magnetic field repelling water has no effect: all that weight is still there.
Thank-you, I can't believe that I overlooked the weight issue. I was completely caught up with the molecular displacement, changing the density, and thought nothing of the weight of the outside water canceling out the effect. What a shmuck
