What is real work of man in family?

There are many role a husband plays in a family, some however are confused as to what their role is and how to fulfill it. Many have settled with allowing their wives to take the lead, leaving her open to everyone else suggestions, which may not be the best fit for the family.

From the Bible's standpoint, it says, Husbands should take the lead in their household.
(1 Corinthians 11:3) Providing for their financial, emotional and spiritual needs. It also encourages, husbands, “Continue loving your wives,” “just as the Christ also loved the congregation.” (Ephesians 5:25) Jesus was a man of empathy.—Mark 5:25-34. Communication was very important to him, and he did so readily with his followers, however he was also a good listener.

Applying the Golden Rule: “Just as you want men to do to you, do the same way to them” (Luke 6:31) is the best way to handle any difficult situation. Treating people the way we would like to be treated, (wives & husbands) not the way they treat us. This means that we need to put into our marriage what we hope to get out of it.
