It's confusing:
My boyfriend works at DS Smiths, which are paid by Eriks. They are being paid to get my boyfriend through his NVQ. However, all my boyfriend gets is trouble by most of the staff there. They verbally abuse him, call him names, and are making him work past his paid hours. He's constantly being shouted at for work he 'hasn't done', when he hasn't been trained for that bit. He's trying to get through this Engineering NVQ but they're holding him back.
He has a contact via Eriks that will support him as much as possible, but what should he do? I don't think there's a union for him, and work is short as it is in the UK...
He lives in Cambridge, so what should he do? What options does he have? He doesn't want to stop the NVQ he just detests the work place but feels he has no option. His anxiety is through the roof and is stressed 24/7.
