What is meaning for TZ in flight ticket cancellation?

It either refers to the Time Zone of the flight or it is an acronym for the Singapore-based Scoot Airlines (abbreviated TZ for some arcane reason that I haven't been able to uncover, but I'm pretty sure it's not the abbreviation you're looking for).
