I'll have dreams and dejavu about places I've never been or people I've never met in my life before and then it come true. Our I'll wake up and just have a feeling if something bad or good etc , will happen and 9/10 it comes true .
Our I'll be taking to someone or be somewhere and my dejavu hits and it clicks all together like a missing link and I Kno exactly what we'll happen next or where something is placed. I've just accepted it that when these things happen it means I'm on the right path but is it more?

Chance, or you could have the gift of prophecy from God. It's extremely rare, but it still happens. Now, is this a reliable way to prepare for stuff? No, of course not. It could just be chance, and your dreams don't always come true. And dejavu is just a brief glitch in your brain's memory process.
Sigmund Freud, someone who paved the pathway for modern psychology had a dream theory. His theory basically states that dreams are our unconscious desires, or desires we repress. I'm not saying that your conversations with people in life being dejavu is a desire, I'm just saying that it's more than likely thoughts that had been repressed or something. I'm not an expert but I hope my advice sort of helped!
Deja vú to me is something easily explained. If you recall we only use roughly 10% of our brains while thinking. In a dream state I believe that our brains are able to digress into a more primitive unaltered state. This means that we could very well at some point be using more than 10%! So to me if you are experiencing Deja Vu from a dream state... Pay attention it's your brains way of trying to communicate something you can't yet understand on a regular plane. It's as if your brain calculates different variables of possible outcomes based off your memories from being awake. Thereby sometimes predicting what might happen next... Even if it is further away. But the dreams we don't experience Deja Vu with are possibly failed attempts of the brain... Or just coincidences. You decide. Hope my answer helped.
Some of us call this common. I personally have arrived at a beach cottage in the pouring rain and then as I woke knew all about the large huge 10 meter rock over 20 meters long. I led the way with my friend in tow and knew in the wetness of that hardly used path thru the brush and trees how to get down to the beach 25 meters below.
One remark was simply "the snakes will not bother us". Their place was further up the coast line.

Yes I am now beginning to realize I will need to expand my views further to encompass all aspects of being psychic.
Some will not see a rock ahead of them until they trip and fall and die from the mishap.
