What is it called when you design the outside of a computer? Can you have a degree in it?

I buy PC parts and assemble them to make a computer with a high end or low end video graphics. These are sometimes used in engineering programs such as AUTOCADD. My tiny cadd is a program I use to make electronic circuits.

The box design of computers is now almost standard. This has taken more than 35 years to do.
Find a better invention and patent that. There is likely to be benefit from simply having water cooled radiators in them, which some do have.
