Was reading a boxing topic. Don't know the meaning of in-fighter and out-fighter what it is, anyone knows?

I have never heard any discussion of "outfighting" so I can't answer.
infighting is fighting in very close range using mostly short hooks and uppercuts its better for short boxers because it takes their oppenent reach away and since they have to come up for their punches it gives them more leverage meaning more power, middle range is the most dangarous range for me since is the distance where the most powerfull strikes land like overhands, full swings and loaded uppercuts..it suits anyone really and finally outboxing is fighting outside of range usually meaning that you and you or your oppenent (whoever is taller) needs on step to reach the other its better for tall boxers because they have longer arms and can hit their oppenent from a distance that he can't hit them it can be used by shorter fighters but its harder since the have to slip in and out of range
And what is out?
