What is hyperinflation? Why is it a problem?

Inflation is when the government creates money. That is also called counterfeiting. It is a problem because the value of the money is stolen from people who have to earn the money. In the USA a newspaper used to cost two cents. Now it costs two dollars. The government has stolen 99% of all the money in the country in the last hundred years.

Hyperinflation is simply more of it.
