It depends on how tall you are and your body composition. BMI is good for a basic guide, but doesn't work for everyone.

BMI doesn't work for people who work out with weights or train for sport. My trainer is 5'10" and 206lb and according to BMI he is borderline obese, but doesn't have an ounce of fat on him.
