My new navel piercing had dry skin around it, so I cleaned it with bactine, like my piecer said to, did a kosher salt soak then took a vegan oil then wiped the dead skin away but it got really red and the skin looks like it was sunburnt (but wasn't) skin looks dead, will it grow back??? if the skin even came off
