Ok so I've been 5' 4" since I was 13. As of 3 months ago I was still 5' 4". Now I am 5' 6". I have narcolepsy and bipolar. I take abilify for bipolar and take modafinil for narcolepsy. When I started modafinil I noticed a great increase in strength and other physical aspects including growing.
I've grew 2 inches in 3 months. I know it's not healthy at all.
Last night my chest and left are felt like my muscles were the rope in tug a war. Today I get to work and now my left arm, left side of my back, and right legs won't lift anything at this point. I can partially flex them, but nothing happens.
What is going on?!??

Since you don't give your current age I have to guess you are still a teen and younger than 16.
"Boys tend to show the first physical changes of puberty between the ages of 10 and 16. They tend to grow most quickly between ages 12 and 15. The growth spurt of boys is, on average, about 2 years later than that of girls. By age 16, most boys have stopped growing, but their muscles will continue to develop."

I would say your growth spurt is puberty related and normal. However, losing strength is not heslthy and you should talk to the doctor who prescribed your medications
You should always keep that doctor in the loop because you never know is it's medication caused and drugs have to be increased or decreased or replaced. The doctor doesn't know how to help if you don't provide feedback.
The link I pasted in above should offer some valuable info on growth.
You will survive puberty!
