I am trying to buy something from Craigslist and the seller said he will use Eviza Safe Transactions and I never heard of this service, are they legitimate? Anybody used them? I am not good with computers and I though I better ask first before I do anything stupid, so anything would be appreciated.
Thank you
What is Eviza Safe Transactionss and are they legitimate or it's just another scam?

Eviza it is an excellent service and I can't believe that some people that buy and sell online never heard of it, they are an excellent eBay store and the only service available on Craigslist that protects buyers and sellers. My son is using them for quite a while and never heard him complaining about anything. I think craigslist should make a special page for them so anybody can know about it and use them. Very helpful.
Yes it's good to ask first, it always is, but you don`t have to worry because they are a good service, Craigslist needed this. Post here after you used them. Also make sure you read their security page because there are some useful information there to help you stay safe. All the best.
I sold a few things through Eviza Safe Transactions and everything was exactly as they said. Some of my buyers were skeptikal because they couldn't see the items before they sent the payment, folks that do business the old fashioned way, some of them got scared and backed out and I don`t blame them but most of them purchased my items and they was not disappointed. What can I say, they are a good service if you go through with them and accept the fact that if you are buying from Craigslist, you can't see the item before you send the payment, but it will get there.
They are pretty legitimate and their customer support is excellent, they answer to emails fast and have everything covered, I am very satisfied with them, I recommend them myself. Thanks and hope this helps although this is an old topic and you probably purchased the item already. LOL

I am glad I found this topic because I was interested in a Fork Lifter I found on Craigslist and I thought that the seller is a scammer when he explained the process and I sent him a "sweet" email but I am sorry about that I will contact him and make the purchase. I guess you can never be too cautious and because of all the scamming going on out there, the good services are taken as bad services too.
Thank you for this topic, it really helps making my decision.
I am retired and I first found out about Eviza Safe Transactions when I found an ATV on Craigslist and the seller said he will use Eviza . I got scared and I asked my kids to investigate this Eviza thing and I said what the **bleep**. I sent the payment like the invoice instructed me to, to an agent in Canada and I thought I will never see the Polaris but I did, to my surprise.
So the kids got away with it
I am currently buying some fishing gear and I should receive the package in a day or two. Very happy with them.
Eviza is a scam. It is a front for the lowest form of human existence… those who prey on others. Please do not give them money. If this isn’t true I welcome the name of a contact person, address and phone number posted for Eviza so that we can talk about your fraudulent schemes. I am out 3,600 dollars, don’t let it happen to you.
