i guess it can be designing anything from fashion to floor plans or concept designs of cars. i like to design floor plans. i've been doing that for about two to three years as a hobby. i would count computer animation to be creative design also.
Creative web design is that type of design which is designed by you only and which is very unique from others who don't ever make it before.
