Hey there, I knew the name of it but I forgot!! You know when you go to clients house with a questionnaire form and then you have that black paper in the middle so when you are writing on the original form it will be transferred to the copy one underneath?
Please help, is burning my brain!!

Nevermind, I found out! Is called Carbonless Duplicate pads. Here it is if anyone is looking for the answer.
The black sheet is called carbon paper because it has a layer of carbon on one side. When you press on it, the carbon sticks to the paper underneath and that is a carbon copy.
The more modern version does not have the black layer. It uses a paper with microencapsulated ink. Pressure on the paper ruptures the microcapsule, releasing the ink. That is a carbonless copy.
