It's a type of crystal that is mined and used to be used to line things you wanted to soundproof or fireproof. It's been banned in many places now because it causes cancer and lung diseases if you're exposed to it long-term.

Ahh, you're welcome. It's a bit of a dirty word these days. I have to have a lung test every year because I was exposed to it accidentally when I started my job, so I know more about it than I probably want to!
