To develop a Taxi Bill of Rights, Metro Vancouver's taxi industry and other key stakeholders have been extensively consulted. Both taxi drivers and passengers are expected to adhere to the Bill's principles. To improve taxi service in Metro Vancouver, the Taxi Bill of Rights was developed.
