What is a retinal circuit?

I never heard the term, but the retina is the back of the eye where light is detected. A circuit is anything that goes around. It could be blood, or vitamin A, or nerve impulses, or whatever the speaker is talking about.

If you are not talking about eyeballs, then this does not apply.
