I'm starting to get uncomfortable with my stomach and legs, so please if anyone could recommend a great workout that focuses on those areas then I'd appreciate that.

honestly, eating less and working out more really does work for most people. always follow portion sizes. walking at least three times a week for at least 15-30 minutes makes a difference. and if you aren't hungry then don't eat. when you do get hungry try just having a light snack first like a "nature valley bar" "triscucts" ect. if your still hungry after about 30 minutes then have a small meal. i also suggest less animal products like "meats".
i kind of ruined my diet today but i've lost about 17 ponds just by following these guidelines. also drink more water. i do recommend avoiding diet pills and lipo to.
