I really believe that most laptop prices are insane. you need to pay over 600 dollars just to get a decent laptop. the ratio between the price and the processing power is also stupid.
I'm looking for a laptop with a SSD (solid state drive) and something that has at least 2.4Ghz processor for under 600 dollars and it also needs to have long battery life, I will be using it a lot.
If you can point me to the right laptop I will give you an extra 5 points.
