What if I'm charged with organized retail theft with previous charges of $50

Last year I was charged with  $20<$500 by check and was sent to jail. This year I was arrested for organized retail theft  $50 <$500 my bf bonded me out for $500 but the courts haven't schedule me for a court date. What HAPPENS To Me next?

If its a case thats going in front of them it could mean they don't have either enough evidence to take it to trial or they are trying to figure out how they are gonna do it  to make it stick.
