Ok so I want to starve myself but I don't want to fall 24/7 and pass ou and all that so what if I only eat breakfast? Would that help keep me strong for the day? And how do I not eat without anyone knowing? Plz help, and don't say that it's bad to starve myself and shit cuz I already get that but this is what I want to do, and if u don't have an answer to my questions then just don't answer. I used to have an eating disorder and I know what it is like. No judgement here. Just saying, you should spread out small meals or snacks throughout the day to avoid passing out. Also only eating once a day slows your metabolism anyway. Best thing to do so you don't ruin your metabolism for when you are older is to eat small meals 200 cals or so 6 times a day and light exercise. You will still lose weight but it is more healthy balance and you won't end up getting fat off of eating 100 calories when you are older by destroying your body's natural metabolism! This is what I did. I am not fat at all, still skinny at 27 because I quit my disorder in my early teens.
Please, whatever you do, don't starve yourself. It's possible to eat healthily and still lose weight. Plus there are low-fat and low-sugar version of many foods so you can still get nutrients, vitamins and the essentials for your body.
Restricting certain vitamins and minerals can have very severe effects for your body over the long-term. Please be careful.
