I am a people person I want what's best for my customers but in my field we hire hispanics to do our Roofing jobs (literally all contractors do this because it's extreme difficult to find an white crew) no disrespect to hispanics in general but recently all of my labor has fled to Texas and Florida the ones left have ditched the jobs and I'm left with no way to finish the work I have as winter is fast approaching, now unless I find a way to get this work done ( I am 52 years old and a heart patient so I can't do it) then I will be the one responsible legally I have already been threatened suit for something my crew I came out of pocket more than I made to fix it but the guy who repaired the job screwed me even worse. What can I do to protect myself and my family possibly get this work done it's all in KC kansas
