What idiot created daylight savings time?

the "idiots" that made this were the mayans, creators of time and the calendar. the purpose of this is because the month of february has 28-29 days. over time (about 2,000-3,000 years is my guess) it would be 2:30am when it normally would be 12:27pm. thus making the time of the universe thrown off. AND THE WORLD WOULD BLOW UP!!!(just kidding (; )
